We strictly uphold the integrity of the game. The Underground is not, and will never be, pay-to-win. * No Advantages: We do not offer "get out of jail free" cards or special privileges. Donating does not exempt anyone from server rules or administrative actions.

• Balanced Content: While donors can request custom textures, every reskinned item is added to the general game world. These items are made available to the entire community via traders, loot tables, or dynamic events to ensure the playing field remains level.

• Curated Experience: We do not add mods solely based on donations. We prioritize server stability and the overall player experience above all else.

Custom Item Reskinning - $15+

Not all mod authors approve their mods to be monetized. Below is a list of the most popular mods that approve monetization

You can use our Google Drive Textures or Phlanka Textures to help your texturing dreams come true 

Priority Queue - $10

Don't let a full server keep you from the action. By contributing to our Priority Queue, you ensure that you are always at the front of the line during peak hours and the first to log back in after scheduled restarts.

• Cost: $15 per month.

• The Perk: Immediate bypass of the standard login wait list.

Custom Clan Tag - $10

• You can have a custom clan tag in-game set to any color

• Resets with each wipe 

Custom Discord Role - $15+

• You can have a custom individual role or clan role in Discord set to any custom color or gradient of your choosing

• You can have a custom icon set for your individual or clan role in Discord

• Permanent - Does not reset with each wipe 

All donations are cumulative and will give you access to donator channels and the following roles in Discord

•  $5 - Donator

•  $25 - Bronze Donator

•  $100 - Silver Donator

•  $250 - Gold Donator

•  $500 - Platinum Donator

•  $1000+ - Diamond Donator

Q: Where does my donation go?

A: All donations go to the growth and costs of server upkeep. Our goal is to have donation options that are reasonable and amounts everyone can enjoy! Below are some of the places donations go:

•  Server hosting costs (This allows us to keep the server running without undue stress)

•  Discord Bot costs (These allow us to give you a personalized and unique experience in Discord)

•  CFTools costs (This is the system we utilize for moderation and administration)

•  DZSA Sponsorships (This helps bring new players to the server)

•  3D Models (This helps fund the costs associated with new models for our server mods)

Q: Will I get some sort of benefit over non-donators?

A: We will never, under any circumstance, offer pay to win or special privileges in-game to players who have donated. We will also never allow a player to break the rules or get out of a ban/punishment for donating money to the server.

Q: How will I get my reskinned/textured items?

A: All reskinned/textured items added to the game through a player's donation will be available to EVERYONE. The item's implementation could be through the traders, general loot table, events, dynamic events, or through our donator spray cans found on the donation trader.

Q: I would like to donate a paid mod to the server, can I do that?

A: Adding a mod to the server just because you bought it. We are always happy to check out a new mod idea in ⁠suggestions, but we will not add a mod based solely on a donation. Can you donate a paid mod? Sure, but it will not necessarily be used.

Q: So where do I send my donation?

A: You can send your donation using one of the following:

• We reserve the right to refuse a donation if we feel the donation or request is in bad taste, against our server rules, or against the Bohemia Monetization Rules

• All donations are final, no refunds will be approved.

• Charge backs will result in a permanent ban from all The Underground gaming servers & Discord.
